The refund benefit is valid only for specific e‑visa countries listed as eligible by Visa2Fly at the time of booking and within the Visa Offer period: Dec 8 2025 - Jan 8 2026.

Payment gateway charges, if any, will be deducted and are non‑refundable.

The visa application is withdrawn by the traveller.

Incomplete documentation, missing information, or failure to provide required supporting documents.

Incorrect or inaccurate information submitted in the visa application.

Cancellations initiated by the traveller after submitting the application.

Rejection due to past immigration violations, including:

• Previous overstays
• Breach of immigration laws
• Blacklisting by any immigration authority

Rejection arising from:

• Security concerns
• Suspected fraud
• National security–related reasons

Submission of false, forged, tampered, or unverifiable documents.

This offer is non-transferable and is valid only for the traveller who has applied for the visa under this campaign.

The refund will be processed only after verification of the rejection and application details by Visa2Fly's compliance team.

Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking within approximately 7-14 working days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on bank and payment gateway processing.

Visa2Fly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this refund policy and/or the campaign at any time without prior notice.
